Returns and refunds
This policy applies to orders placed on apollexbio.com and delivered in the United Kingdom.
14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your goods. To cancel, email sales@apollexbio.com with your name and order number.
Returning your order
Once you have told us you are cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We will confirm the return address by email. Items must be unused, with any seals intact, and in their original packaging. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service.
Sealed products
For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned under the 14-day right to cancel once the seal has been broken after delivery. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Refunds
We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, using the same payment method you used to order. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of postage.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email sales@apollexbio.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy, and we will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
