Choose the right information for your enquiry
Help with an existing order
Include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. For a damaged, incorrect or missing item, identify the product and quantity affected and keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. The order-problem FAQs explain the useful details to collect.
Product specifications and batch documents
Send the full product name, SKU or product-page link and tell us which field you need clarified. Include a batch reference if you already have the item. Check the documentation request workflow before sending a certificate or report enquiry.
